Pokayoke Assembly Automation With Workstation

Scope: Customer required Automation for packaging of plastic parts through bowl feeders, weighing the parts in pouch packing and then barcode application for final packaging .Complete pokayoke system developed.

Application and Solutions : The parts as a set come on a cleated conveyor, then are sensed by the sensor and operator fills the parts in a pouch. Then there are other big parts which are weighed first and then all part together are packed in a box and final barcode is printed.
