Endurance Testing Of The Sensor

Scope: Customer required Automation for checking the Sensor with the component for continuous operation and endurance testing and check failure during the operation

Challenges : Rigidity, vibration and jerk free, suitable for continuous running,

Solutions : Designed a rigid base fixture with good strength and support in fabricated structure. X -Y-Z Manual slide provided for adjustments and part to be checked with sensor. Servo motor provided for Rotation of the part in high rpm and proper bearings with guided shaft designed to avoid failure

2. The fixture was designed for keeping it in the enclosed chamber and checking it at low and high temp
