Scope: Customer required Dispensing and pasting Automation for Production Line
Challenges : Costing, Cycle time, Productivity using one operator, Space constraints
Solutions : Designed a Indexing station based system to accommodate max components for pasting
with drying and curing facility provided driers and blowers and buffer stations

Advantages and Value additions:

1. Electrical controller with PLC and Hmi, VFD and Transformers and relay boards – Siemens make
2. Programming was done with Siemens software and Tested online
3. At a time 8 components were placed on the indexer to reduce cycle time
4. Controller size kept limited to accommodate in the size
5. Machine provided with all safety features for online automation
