Scope : Customer required Automation for checking their Power Window switches of Automotives for continuous operation and Check the failure during the operation

Challenges : Compact design, space constraint, costing, simple automation.

Solutions : Designed a compact system to check 3 switches at a time in low cost and the machine material used SS and Bakelite for good life and continuous running.
