Scope : Customer required Automation for checking their capacitors for parameters such Resistance , Capacitance, Current and Voltage by doing online testing

Challenges : Using their existing Meters for testing, Cost, Using only one operator

Application and Solutions : The capacitors are manual loaded by operator on the indexing . The checking for capacitance, resistance, current/voltage is done online and Ok and not ok parts sorted in two separate bins

Advantages : Data Logging and Report generation :Reports of the daily components checked, stored and can view in Excel sheet, easy to use, Totally online system
